Products:
I accept cancellations of orders. Cancellations will only be valid if requested within 3 hours of the order being placed.
Unfortunately, I do not accept exchanges or returns.
Returns and cancellations are not applicable to bespoke orders.
If you have any concerns about the allergens of my products or the preparation methods of them, please contact me prior to purchase. All ingredients and allergens are listed on the product page. No returns will be accepted on the basis of the ingredients.
Readings:
Clients’ privacy and safety are paramount. All information shared within a consultation is confidential and will not be shared in any capacity without your consent. For the purpose of astrological research, I may contact you in the future to ask whether your natal chart data may be included in a study. In this instance, all data would be completely anonymised.
Concessionary slots are distributed at my own discretion and are not open to negotiation.
Your consultation is only confirmed once payment has been received in full - there is no deposit system available.
If you are wanting to book a consultation for a third-party, please contact me directly prior to booking and make clear the recipient of the service.
Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the arranged consultation. Any late cancellations will be subject to a full charge due to the preparation necessary for each consultation. No shows also will be charged in full.
I reserve the right to cancel a reading on the basis of my own health and safety. Any cancellations will be discussed at least 24 hours before the arranged booking.
